coauthor of "Life Transformed". Producer of thirteen music CD's.

CO-PASTOR Nathan "Nate" Sandford - Primary responsibility for youth and young adults but partners in pastoring the wider church. Bachelor's degree in
psychology,
Metropolitan State College at Denver, May, 1999. Master of Arts in
youth and family ministry, Denver Seminary, 2004. Preachers' son. 34
years old. Happily married to Mindy July 21, 2001. They have three
children and minister as a wonderful partnership. Full
of fire and vision. On our paid staff since 1998. Bodybuilder with an
intimidating physique. Even he won't ski with his father (but Mindy

EXECUTIVE PASTOR Beth Sandford - Senior Pastor's wife, same
kids, same grandkids. Ordained. Leads in many areas, including worship,
prophetic
team ministry and counseling. Also directs lay pastors and our
excellent children's ministry. Plays several
instruments and teaches voice to several of our members.
Preaches occasionally. Fills her house with knick knacks. Keeps Loren

IMPACT
PASTOR Ray Saragosa
- On our paid staff since
1996. Ray has
been dedicated to developing our community impact and missions
outreaches since September, 2002, giving away tons of food and clothing
to the needy of our community, taking teams to help inner city
ministries with outreaches and nurturing our growing Navajo
connection. Married with kids both grown and at home. Grandfather.
Loves to ski with
the senior pastor, a life-threatening pastime.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/COUNSELING DIRECTOR Penny Leon
-
has been with us
as a counselor for several years and was licensed as a
minister in 2005. She stepped into the executive secretarial
position in July, 2006 and has been lighting up our office with her
warmth and love. As of June, 2010 she has become our Counseling
Director, overseeing all the various aspects of our inner healing
ministry, which we call TRANSFORMATIONS. She is married to Bill. They
have
grown children. Contact:

BUSINESS MANAGER
Donna
Gully - B.S. in business
administration. Works
hard to keep the staff in line whenever we need money. Handles stress
well! Single mother of two kids. Pays out the health insurance premium
in case Loren doesn't come back from skiing in one piece.
